"I can't say enough about Amy Singer. Amy recently handled the sale of my late mother's home. While the home is beautiful, it did have its own issues (especially being part of an estate) and there were two co-executors she had to work with. My brother is in the local area but I live in a very remote  part of southwest Virginia. So from the beginning, this was not a simple, straightforward home sale. As soon as I met her, I knew that Amy was the one I wanted handling my mother's home. Amy was the consummate professional. She arrived at my mother's home fully prepared to answer any question I might have. She did what I considered to be an informal appraisal of the property right at the dining room table.
