Sold During the Pandemic...
“We sold our home during the pandemic, and found Amy’s guidance through the whole process, from first meeting through the closing, invaluable. The consummate professional, Amy was clear and thorough in providing options, offering advice, making recommendations, and providing resources when needed. Her knowledge of the market was evident as we went from repairing and decluttering, right through staging, listing, showings, and evaluating bids. Calm, patient, and readily accessible, Amy was a joy to work with. We fully expect to work with her again and would highly recommend Amy to sellers and buyers alike. She is truly a gem!” -Judith L. Brutal Real Estate Market
“Amy worked with us for over a year in this brutal real estate market to find a home we really love, and we couldn't be happier. She is clearly a leader in her market - has many connections, knows the ins and outs of each town and tax area, and was spot on with her estimates of what homes would sell for. We really appreciated that she stuck with us for so many showings and offers, even as we were looking in many different parts of Westchester and narrowing down what was important to us. We leaned on her heavily for advice on taxes, potential renovation costs, commuting, and the negotiation process, and she really delivered. 100% would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area.” -Corey M.
